This is the first of the Topic Submission Forms.  You'll periodically be asked to answer some questions, outline some aspirations, or request a topic that you'd like to discuss on an upcoming call.  Always fill these out honestly and completeliy.  There may be times you're not sure what, specifically, you're being asked for.  Don't try to figure out the right answers or what you believe the best answers to be.  Just go with whatever your gut tells you.

Name

1.      On the first Monday since Be Better 2012 began, which of the following best applies to you.   Several of them may apply, but please choose only one.  After making a selection, in a sentence or two explain your answer

I could not feel any sense of anger or forward driving emotion and feel OK with the present
I was able access anger and feel a sense of wanting to move away from my present circumstance
I was able to access anger and feel a sense of greater clarity as to what I want in 2012
I realize that emotions can serve me and have been aware of varied emotional states in the last week
I realize now that emotions can serve me and feel a greater sense of my power to steer them
Somehow my mindset is different although I have a hard time identifying precisely how

Why did you choose the option you chose?

Which of the following best applies to you related to the Max 10 Time Ownership system?

I used the Max 10 and am continuing to use it
I used the Max 10 once and do not yet see the value
I have not yet used the Max 10 because I am sort of stuck in my old ways
I have not yet used the Max 10 because I do not see it having value to my present circumstance

Add any comments relative to your selection regarding the Max 10

2.       Our next call will address influence and the NAVAQA system of persuading others to say “yes” as often as you want them to.  Please write down a few words to represent any selling incident you’ve experienced recently, either as the persuader or the person being sold (i.e. the day I bought my car or the client who wouldn't commit).

Describe the selling experience specific to the incident you isolated and describe any emotions that arose on either side of the conversation.

2.       What, specific to your home life, professional life, or career development  are you most angry about right now?  How would you like to see that change?
