I just turned 45 yesterday (Sept. 16th) and to date, I have been a trainer now for 16 years. I the past 6 years, I have been trying to get a grip on how to continue to grow as a professional and my business. Thanks to Phil, I have a new outlook on my business.

I am a former professional bodybuilder of 9 years. My proudest accomplishment is the day I won the Mr. America title. That day, I received my pro status, without the use of steroids. A tough task, but I did it.

I love transforming clients and educating them so they can have the knowledge to stay healthy for the rest of their lives.

I aspire to open my own studio in before this time next year. My own Profit Monster! I want to be a six figure professional so bad I can taste it. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get there.

I have 3 kids and 2 Labradors and I want my family to have more than I did growing up in South Central Los Angeles. Being a successful trainer will allow me to take care of my family the way I see fit.

I know that being a part of this group will help me reach my goals.

I will open my own studio on September 15,2007.

I will increase my revenue buy intergrating group orientations on a regular basis. At least one per month. That includes selling a 12 week program in conjuction with the orientation.

My financial success will allow me to buy my first 4 bedroom home and take 2 week long vacations a year.

I have made a ton of mistakes in the 16 years that I have been a trainer. My mistakes can be others successes. Maybe we as a group can write down some of the mistakes and how we overcame them. This may help others in the group.

Since I want to open my studio, the others in the group that already done so, can help me stay focused and give me tips on the mistakes that they made so my learning curve is shortened.

The major difference in my business from 05 to 06 is my focus. I wanted to increase my income. The only way I could assure that was to not get comfortable. I had to stay busy. That meant, always be marketing, always learn more, and stay focused on your goals.

Being a part of this group is part of my goal of learning more.
