By Now . . .
You should be able to
make some or all of the following statements:
• My energy is "different"
•
I enjoy the exercise sessions
• I find daily tasks easier
• I notice an increase in strength
•
I notice evidence of shifts in body shape
• My appetite is changing
• I'm clearer on the definition of
"eating better"
This indicates shifts in metabolism, shifts in neurotransmission,
and shifts in body composition.
By now you should have developed a comfort level with "exercising
the body the way the body was designed to move" and you should connect with the distinction between "doing the exercise
machines," and "challenging the body for positive change."
